Reclaim Magazine- We’re Featured.

Daines Atelier have been featured in Issue Seventy Eight/ January 2023 Edition of Reclaim Magazine. Featured in the Reclaim Edit alongside loads of other talented Up-cyclers and Makers.

Reclaim Magazine hosts inspiration for building a home filled with gorgeous antiques, up-cycled furniture and more. The magazine launched in 2016 and quickly grew popular, growing a bohemian community of antique lovers.

I personally read the magazine as it hosts alongside many fantastic individuals and their creations, an array of different events and stores across the United Kingdom stocking everything that I love. Everytime I pick up a copy I find myself planning my next great escape!

Reclaim celebrates antique, vintage, upcycled and eco interiors, property, products and lifestyle. We love the old and timeworn, stories, history, character and provenance, and how we can use them when we decorate, style or renovate our homes.

“Inspired by Mary Poppins this beautiful one-off bag has been handmade from vintage fabric and lace. It’s one of many creations by Evie Daines, Owner of Daines Atelier, who up cycles vintage remnants and headstock into unique clothing and accessories. Check out her jackets, batwing jumpers and dresses. You can even order a made-to-measure dress, sewn from vintage fabrics.”

Featured within the Reclaim Edit on page 23.

Our Mary Poppins Bags in Reclaim Magazine.

Launching in our SS22 Collection, Our Frame Bags have been extremely popular. Made from remnant vintage furnishing material, the bag is also lined and features an inner zip. The Frame-work for the bag saves slightly damaged frames from heading to landfill also. The bag practically “imperfect”, but hosts as the perfect accessory for an evening event or day-time stroll.

The benefits of using furnishing materials for the outside of the bag, mean that it has a longer durability due to the nature of how well-made furnishing materials are. They also have a detachable chain so can be worn as a clutch or as an over the shoulder bag.
