Worldwide Tracked. £25 (we can not be held responsible for charges once outside of the UK)

Delivery is processed and completed on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday before 3pm. Any orders placed outside of this window will be processed on Tuesday.

Returns– only accepted for UK orders. 

You can request a return for products which are not on sale, a commission or intimates within 14 days from the delivery date. 

Fill in the online Return Form and we will send you a return label (you will need access to a printer). Once the item is returned and confirmed to be in the same condition it was sent in, we will process your refund. Please note some refunds can take up to 21 days depending on your method of payment.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your Daines Atelier garment. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund minus the initial shipping cost by following the form below.

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the receiving your item. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We cannot accept returns of damaged items, intimate items, items brought with a discount, altered items or sale items.

To return an item, please email customer service at to confirm the return of item.

Then place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Please not the refunded amount with be the price minus the original shipping cost.

The following items cannot be returned:
Altered Garments or intimates

Custom Comissions or Sale Items or international.

●     We cannot accept an item if it has been worn or has been damaged from wear and tear. Also washing of the garments we can recommend a process but will not be held liable.
